Proverbs 16 
  Proverbs 16:11
Proverbs 16:11: A stone 1 nezef (10.10 gram) weight. The weights would be placed on one side of a balance, and the item to be weighed on the other.
Proverbs 16:33: Ostraca (broken bits of pottery with writing on them) bearing the names of the Jewish defenders of Masada in A.D. 71. Josephus describes how, after they had killed their wives and children rather than surrender to the Romans, the defenders used lots such as these to choose ten men to kill all of the rest, and one of the ten to kill the other nine before killing himself. Only two women and five children survived by hiding themselves.

Proverbs 16:33 

Make your motions and cast your votes, but God has the final say.

Mortals make elaborate plans, but God has the last word.
Humans are satisfied with whatever looks good; God probes for what is good.
Put God in charge of your work, then what you’ve planned will take place.
God made everything with a place and purpose; even the wicked are included—but for judgment.
God can’t stomach arrogance or pretense; believe me, he’ll put those upstarts in their place.
Guilt is banished through love and truth; Fear-of-God deflects evil.
When God approves of your life, even your enemies will end up shaking your hand.
Far better to be right and poor than to be wrong and rich.
We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it. It Pays to Take Life Seriously

Prayer of Reflection.

Lord Jesus the more I read and study the more there is to learn. Lord I ask for a thirst for the knowledge of you. Knowledge of you is like the key that unlocks the door of a wonderful mansion. Lord you are the key to the door of life may we all insert the key and turn the tumblers of our hearts, may the door swing open. Lord thank you for greeting each of us as we enter into to your wisdom and understanding.

Prayer for Gods People, sinner and saint

Lord we ask for peace and love to be with Sr. Angel as she celebrates the passing of her Mother.

Lord Jesus, bless Sr. Anna with the gift of knowledge.

Lord Jesus, we ask for blessing of wisdom to be with both Nik and Kris, may they grow in you each day with the special insight of Godly fear.

Lord Jesus for Terry and Sara, help them dear Lord.

Father we ask for blessing to be with Debra and Terry may they never loose sight of you.

Lord there are so many of my friends that we hold dear in my heart, we pray for healing for those who are ill, favor for those who need your blessing, and for those who struggle with self will and pride may you deal with us in a gentle fashion.

Father for Ashley Burgess, Lord she needs some special attention from you. We pray for her soul to be overcome by you. we pray Lord she be protected from the evil of this world. we pray Lord you protect her from stubborn disobedience
